I traditionally do a truck painting for the Christmas Season.  A couple of clients asked why I was not doing a painting for Halloween.  I explained that it was a very short window for selling such a holiday centric painting.  The Christmas season starts in mid to late October, Halloween starts and ends in a few weeks.  But the question got me to thinking if I could paint something that had a myth behind it, that coincided with Halloween, but could also be displayed the rest of the year it might just work.  I have had two interests around Halloween those are Gargoyles (Grotesques) and the Green Man.  My large painting for this Halloween is this Green Man.  It would fit well into a room with a Dark Academia theme as well as some more niche home decor styles.
